We recently hosted an AMA with CHEECOIN, on 24 May at 3PM UTC. So here we are up with the AMA transcript, for those who missed the live session, this post will be a time saver & a feeder of knowledge for them.

My name is Brendan Oneil and I am the lead Dev of Cheecoin and also the founder and principle owner of Bonfire www.bonfire.nyc — no affiliation to the token. Bonfire VFX is my award winning multi mullion dollar Visual Effects company. We have recently wont a webby, a clio and other awards. I am a visual effects artist myself specializing in Flame, Unreal Engine and Nuke. I have been working in crypto more and more since 2015 and also am an avid animal lover with my wife. We foster 7 cats and other animals and have been donating to the Charity Little Wanderers and other for years. My team is also a group of amazing professionals and Bonfire and Cheecoin have teamed up to bring a great infrastructure to the project. Did I mention the head of Dreamworks Virtual Production is a dev?

2) Can you your project cheecoin in detail . its usecases and how it differs from other same projects in the same direction at the moment

Cheecoin is a project designed to merge high end visual effects and design with blockchain while making the world a better place. Naturally animal charity was our direction as our experience from the past was there and our love and devotion was unwavering. Through our passion Cheecoin was created to help support affordable animal healthcare and vet bills for everyone and every animal. We are not just for cats Cheecoin utilizes the work Brendan and Bonfire has done for 10 years and is harnessing their VFX power and brand reaching ability with amazing promise. Cheecoin has been instantly infused with a backed company to help it succeed and deliver the highest quality content on the NFT marketplace. Cheecoin is different because it is:
1) fully doxed and public. Everyday you get a check in from me and my team. You can even find my company address online.
2) We have world class award winning VFX artists on our roster and the number is growing. We will announce new artists this week in addition to the ones we have already added. Their credits span many films and tv shows such as Game Of Thrones, Spiderman, The Matrix, Harry Potter and more.
3) We have a transparent charity relationship with our charities and the donations are trackable. You can even see what animals were helped and check in on their status. We post progress weekly on the animals saved and the ones who need help.
4) We are aiming to be a global brand with centers around the world that do more than just add memes to the world. We want affordable animal healthcare for all.

3) Lot of charity coins scam and exit what is the accountability you bring into market and would your donations be made publicly with name of institution mentioned and any burning planned?

We are totally accountable for this project. I would never jeopardize my other company or employees to create a dubious or dishonest project. Also my wife is basically a saint and would murder me (yes oxymoron I know) if I was bad. Again though we are honest people and we want to bring an honest project to this world. It sickens me when I see these people stealing. My family is involved. My father is a well respected doctor. I am not going to steal anything and personally this project is not about the money for me personally its about the cause and about creating something bigger than myself and all of us. I always wanted to do something good for the world and I didn’t see how VFX was allowing me to do that but now it does and its amazing. I can have the best of both worlds and truly give back while doing my art and running a successful business…now 2 successful businesses. I want my Hodlers to make as much as they can and to do well and be successful. We are here to support our Hodlers and to make sure they are taken care of and get what they need from this. That said they also get to share in the process and they get to see the places around the world they help

4) In your audit with techrate in DOS with block gas limit category low issues were mentioned could you elaborate what this issue is exactly and how you plan to resolve it?

I get this questions sometimes
The “issue” isnt an issue really unless I as a dev am a dick and try to be dishonest. This is present in every RFI token. So the excluded addresses from rewards get added to a list and “theoretically”, if you add a lot of addresses and its too large to loop through in a single tx because of gas things break and its messy. This is only a problem if I was to actively overload the system and we would never do that. We are not renouncing as we are looking for exchange support soon and because of that I have full control over the contract to avoid any issues like this and to allow us to alleviate any in the future. In general again this is not an issue but more of a potential explotable point of a contract that would be due to user activation. I asa doxxed dev will not an would not ever do that and because of that the token is 100% safe and never will have that issue. As well we have a 10% sell limit per transaction that disallows for any type of flash loan attack as well.

5) Can you tell us about $CHEE Tokenomics, circulation supply and please share all the official links and contract address about cheecoin here?

Circulating supply is 75 million once tokens are fully unlocked. We burned 25% of the supply upon launch. We have a 9% tax per transaction
✅ 3% to LP
✅ 3% to Charity
✅ 3% to Hodlers
🐳🚱🗡 We also have a anti pump and dump 10% limit per transaction on sells. This means as a Hodler when you have 50,000 $CHEE or more in you wallet you can only sell 10% of the wallet per transaction. Once you have less than 50,000 $CHEE you can sell without restriction. This is to prevent massive dumps and encourage active LP addition over time vai transaction volume.
We chose to use 100,000,000 as our supply as we felt it to be a more traditional and appropriate supply where we could also attract a more sophisticated crowd of investors and hodlers to the project as opposed to the typical moonbois and wen lambo group. We all want lambos and we will get there soon but we have to maintain focus and we are very serious about our tokenmoics and project stability.

1% is held by team and its locked for 6 months. The Development wallet itself is 10% and that is a project development fund allocated only to enhancement of the project. That wallet is locked fior 2 years and vested over that time.
Charity is 5% and 2.5% is locked
marketing is 2%

1) Your aim to prevent killing of dogs and cats for their welfare in general but what we have been observing is if a person pet is coughing they remove him from their house thinking he has covid so how would you spread awareness regarding the same as it is more needed in presently

2) I see that cheecoin has limited its scope of work to dogs and cats,can it expand later to support other species of animals? As we have recently unfortunately witnessed the Australian fires disaster that displaced Thousands of pets @shadyaboabdo

We do support many other animals. As the project goes on we will incorporate more to our charities and pages. We never turn down a charity case when it comes so we have been involved in rescuing animals such as mice, falcons, sparrows, owls, lizards, rabbits, foxes and racoons

3) Why did you chose to name your project “cheecoin”? what motivates the founder of cheecoin to create this project? What is cheecoin trying to solve in this vast world of crypto? @imwiiw27

The Cheecoin team loves animals and CHEE himself who is in fact a real cat was saved by charity donations from the very charity Cheecoin has started to support and already donated to. Baby Chee almost died but after $8,000 of surgery bossman Chee got to keep 8 of his 9 lives and we love him so much! Cheecoin now covers vet bills for surgeries and hospital care for feral and domesticated animals and pets. We work closely with charity organization Little Wanderers NYC and 2 new charities we have just added. Through them we can track our donations ($7,000) and get to follow each animal we help on our website and through their fosters and new owners. It’s an amazing process to see each animal we help instead not knowing where the money is headed. We work closely to make sure the funds are used ONLY on animal vet bills and the support for the charities to continue operating. They are 100% non profit and run my people who have day jobs. They devote their free time and lives to helping these needy animals. Please donate to them if you cannot buy $CHEE. We always take the community into consideration and have pulled new team member from the community and are now fulltime on the project. We trust our hodlers. They have supported us and kept us strong through the dip and now we are ready to rock and roll to the moon. We always listen to our community. This is one reason we are upgrading the website to react.js
